Walhonding Woods is a 300-acre trophy preserve and hunting lodge on County Road 18 in Coshocton County, Ohio, established in 2019. Whitetail deer, elk, sika deer and fallow deer live across a property of hardwood timber, open meadows, food plots, ponds and lake views.
From the moment you arrive, every aspect of your hunt is handled by an experienced team dedicated to personalised service and ethical hunting opportunities. Instead of worrying about logistics, meals, lodging, licenses or game care, you spend your time doing what you came for — hunting incredible trophy animals.
We aren't simply selling a hunt. We're creating an experience you'll remember for years to come.

Professionally managed habitat and genetics that produce whitetail from 100″ to 300″, plus trophy elk, sika and fallow deer on the same property.
Guided hunting, licensing, permits, lodging, meals, game care and trophy caping are all handled. One price, nothing left to arrange.
Small groups, personal service, and a great room with a fire in it at the end of the day. Bring a non-hunting guest — they're included.
The lodge in Ohio is the heart of it, but the same operation runs Walhonding Waters — inshore and offshore fishing charters out of St. James City, Florida, along with two nightly rentals for guests visiting the area.
Hunt Ohio hardwoods in November and fish Pine Island Sound in February. Same people, same standard.
